MARCH 29, 2009 Victorinox SwissFlash Flight 8 GB USB
I tested the Victorinox SwissFlash Flight and found all parts worked as advertised. The white light LCD is bright enough for basic use. The tiny pen is good for short notes. I do not recommend it for writing a book or even a short letter. The USB flash drive is very good. Eight Gigabytes of storage can hold a bunch of photos and other files. Attaching the SwissFlash to your key chain is a must if you want to keep track of it. The Victorinox SwissFlash Flight includes a write protect switch, is available in 1 GB/ 2GB/4GB/8GB/16GB capacities, and works with USB 1.1 and 2.0. Check out other specifications here. The concept is great. Unfortunately I would always find myself needing the knife or scissors if I had only the Flash version. If you have the bucks or can find a deal buy the knife/flash combo.
