From our experience in the hotel and travel industry it is apparent that the two main goals of most hotels is to increase their direct business as well as their revenue. We realised that by responding to online reviews, we could help hotels to achieve these goals.
During our research, we noticed that whilst many companies offer hotels and restaurants assistance with their reputation management and company surveys, no one is offering assistance in the actual function of responding to their online reviews. It became apparent that this service would be hugely beneficial and sought after, not only by hotels but also by restaurants who may not have the time or resources to answer their online reviews. And so reviews4you was born.
