How long does it take for Reviews4you to respond to reviews

We have an average response time of less than 36 hours but our contract states within 72 hours

How do you handle negative reviews

Just like any team member we would ask you for the details and then compose our response.  However, approximately 90% of negative comments are similar or repeated and we can just respond to them without having to contact you or your team

Which sites do you respond to

Google, TripAdvisor, Expedia and Booking although the choice is yours

Which hotels do you work with

We work with a range of hotels from boutique and branded to 3 star family run hotels and five star luxury resorts.  For any hotel or restaurant that cares about their guests or customers and wants 5 star responses to their reviews, we provide a complete service.

Is it possible to have a trial period

Yes it is possible to have a paid trial period

How long does it take before we can start

Our onboarding process is very simple and straightforward so we can start usually within a week of signing the contract depending on how quickly we get access to your review site pages

How long does a contract last

Our standard contract is evergreen

What if we want to cancel the contract

There is a 3 month cancellation policy mentioned on the contract

How much does your service cost

Our prices to respond to your reviews depend on the number of rooms per property and start from just 0.20 cents/pence per room per night.
For restaurants, prices start from 250 Euro per month
Our full day Reviews4you Academy workshop is 2500 Euro plus travel expenses

Do you work with AI

No, we currently only work with human responders, all of whom have experience in the travel, hospitality and customer service industries
